Sometimes it feels like things are going “back to normal;” but the ubiquitous masks and sanitizer bottles remind us that “normal” isn’t quite what it used to be. It’s not so bad when the new normal helps remind us of how very much most of us are still blessed - those of us who have not only our health and stability, but the presence of those we love most around us.

I had the pleasure of joining Brittany and Kendall at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena, Md., for their beautiful waterfront wedding ceremony and reception, where I got to be a part of their celebration of all that is still true in profoundly changing times: love, family, and community. From Brittney’s adorable reaction to her bridal makeup and hair reveal, to her joyous exultance at the sparkler exit, it was truly a day to remember.
